You don't need multiple pieces of equipment and it's portable. What I don't like is that when you roll it to add more resistance it just keeps spinning, you have to hold on the band's which can be a bit difficult with some exercises. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Not really what I was going for *by M***T on 7 November 2018* Not great not bad.
