Makes great sourdough bread. I love it.
I’ve been making sourdough bread for over a year, and this bread flour has consistently produced some of my best loaves. The flavor is exceptional, and my sourdough starter thrives with it. While it’s pricier than King Arthur, I believe the better taste it produces justifies the cost.

Sourdough Bread
