Great quality gaiters ππ
I did a lot of review reading and shopping around before purchasing these and price wise they are pretty much the same everywhere I went.So Iβve bought the gaiters... finally after years of walking and having soggy muddy trouser bottoms! Iβve wore these gaiters twice now and they have protected my walking trousers, keeping them dry and mud free. πI did have to research how to fit them as most gaiters have a strap under the boot but to be honest they stay put with just the clip on the laces. (There are laces at the bottom too which I assume goes under to secure under boots π€·ββοΈ not sure but not needed) The zip fastens at the back but it works easily and twist around and a shoelace fastens to tighten around the calves. There is plenty of room around the calves as they are elastic and Iβve definitely not got skinny pins! π The elastic at the top is also pretty secure. The material is a thick wax canvas and looks and feels excellent quality. I wanted green... itβs not like Iβm going hunting or anything or bothered about rustling π itβs just because I like the green!Definitely well made and good quality and serve the purpose I bought them for. ππ

Tricky to tie up laces
These would be an excellent product were it not for the laces. It is not obvious if one is supposed to loop them under the boot as you normally would with gaiters or tie them up around the back of the boot, either way they keep coming undone as they are long and thin and do not stay tied. The gaiters themselves are an excellent well waxed product and the velcro stayed in place, which perhaps meant you were less reliant on the laces. They are a good protective measure against the midges and wet weather if wearing hiking boots in Scotland. I would advise the manufacturers to either do as other gaiters, put a strap on them that goes under the boot with a buckle or an elastic stirrup.

For twenty quid you cannot go wrong.
Seem to be good quality product.Reasonably easy to put on.Time will tell whether they last, but on first impressions they will.Good quality thick waxed cotton, plastic nylon zip but seems sturdy,i cut the laces to fit under the boot they haven't come off after a few long walks, probably wont last that long but renewingg will be easy and cheap. The only slight fault i could find was the laces at the top didnt fasten tight enough at the top,so rapped them round a tied them at the front, not ideal but works. All in all good gaitors for the price.

Broke the first time worn!
Unfortunately the clip which hooks onto the laces broke on one of the gaiters after a couple of hours wearing them.Customer services were really good and these were returned with a complete refund, no issues.

Broken on the first wear.
Worn once. The straps broke and the clip that holds the straps broke as well.

Didn't like them at all!
Will be buying something different. One day out.....laces as opposed to straps under the boot. Never quite sure how they fitted. Wouldn't stay up. Didn't like them at all.
