First Endurance EFS Energy and Endurance Drink Mix Fruit Punch, One Size

Real electrolytes no like other brands that are lot of carbs and very little electrolytes , fruit punch and grape taste really good mostly grape is less sweet in flavor

I recently purchased this hydration mix, excited to try it during my workouts. However, what I received was nothing short of a disaster. Instead of a fine powder, it arrived as a solid rock! I had to spend a good 15 minutes trying to break it apart, and even then, it was nearly impossible to dissolve in water.The packaging was fine, so I’m not sure how it ended up like this. When I finally managed to get some into my drink, it didn’t mix well at all and left gritty chunks floating on top. Not exactly what I had in mind for a refreshing hydration experience!I tried to return it and buy it from a local store but IT CANNOT BE RETURNED !!

I average about 2 hours of tennis training every morning in the south florida heat. With EFS, I have yet to experience cramping. I drink on scoop before, and one durning along with water. Great product. Highly recommended!! I did a bunch of research before I bought it, and if has lived up to the recommendations and ratings. I have tried both Fruit Punch and Lemon lime, both great! EFS is what gatorade advertises, yet wishes it could be.

It works as it says it would. I do Metcon Training and it helps A Lot so I can finish my workout from hell 🤪.... taste is not impressive, it's a little too much on the sweet side which is not my thing.. I like my oranges bitter rather than sweeter. I totally recommend this product!

I got a flavored rock of a product.

Used for a 105 mile race, flavor is great, mixability is a little rough. That doesn’t really matter though, at the end of the day I felt great and had no cramps. Will defiantly continue to buy!

I love EFS. This flavor hits the spot in a good way. I always fuel with this. Doesn't bother my stomach and it has a great taste. I have tried other products but I keep coming back to EFS.

This stuff is amazing. Use it to cycle in Arizona in 110 degree heat. First found it in a bike shop when I was on the verge of heat stoke. The shop let me try it, I was up and ready to go in minutes. I use nothing else now.
