Ihave problems swelling and having in the water helped a lot. I would definitely recommend taking this if you have difficulty swallowing!

This product is for older people that have a problem with swallowing. The powder form of this product does not dissolve well. Not too bad in cold drinks, terrible in hot drinks like coffee. It balls up and looks like a cotton ball!!!! This type product cannot be returned. Better to use the liquid form that comes in small packets.
