Wonderful Tamarind!
I was a wee bit hesitant at first as I've bought Tamarind before; and they say seedless but you still get one sucker wedged in somewhere. However, this was wonderful! Not a big fan of the scent when fresh out the package, but it goes away easily, it was moist and I'd say it's a good price for what you get. I also LOVE the sticky and sour flavour of it. It's perfect! Thank you!

Tamarind block
Really good! I had bought this item a few times and it’s tasty. I make tamarind ball or candy from it. It’s a block of tamarind so I usually break it up into smaller pieces and put into a blender with sugar, pepper and ginger powder with some water to have a thick smooth consistency! Oh and it’s really tasty!

Good quality, but not for the impatient
This is very good tamarind, but it's not for anyone in a hurry. You need a lot of patience and you need to plan ahead. It's not an ingredient that you can just pull out of the cupboard and throw in the pot. You need to to soak it for a few hours in hot water, and strain out all the stones and skin. The strain in itself can take 5-10 minutes. But once you've done that, it's a good product. If you want quick and easy tamarind, look elsewhere
