Natural Process Ethiopian Yirgacheffe
I have never read about how coffee beans were processed until I tried this coffee. Wow!! What a lot of work just to bring me a drink to help me do a lot of work. I just learned how to roast coffee beans on the stovetop and I am very pleased with these beans! Dark roasted beans have always tasted burnt to me so I let these beans brown just slightly after first crack. The beans were then ground the next day and run through my $20 mr coffee. The aroma and taste are exceptional, no bitterness, no bad aftertaste! I will have to compare these to washed ethiopian Yirgacheffe to see if these do have more fruit forward taste. I will definitely purchase more of these!

It’s terrible
It’s unroasted for a high price and after I roasted it it taste awful. Pissed off cause I didn’t know it was unroasted. It would have been a steady deal if roasted I buy all kinds of coffee and I prefer from Ethiopia. So so disappointed that people sell coffee with no taste. I would rather buy a toy for my granddaughter

Flavorful
I got my money's worth. Am NOT an expert, but I and my family and guests enjoy my efforts. The most popular results are from light/city roast with French press brew.

Uneven Quality and Size Beans
I don't often leave reviews, but I depend on them from others to pick out good coffee. The Yirg that I normally buy went up in price so I tried these beans. The flavor is passable, but not that fruity. At a light roast, they are somewhat floral. At a City roast, they taste very tea-like (nice, if that's what you're looking for). My concern however is that the consistency of the beans is pretty bad. You can see in my pictures, both in the unroasted and city roast picture, that the quality and size varies a lot. Makes them more difficult to roast and I find myself having to hand-pick out a lot of tiny beans or beans that just refused to roast. This review is for the Misty Valley Yirg only, so other beans from the same company may be better.

Fast shipping, good price and the flavor when roasted to a light roast is very good.
Fast shipping, good price and very tasty at a light roast. This was my first time roasting at home and these beans came out perfectly and taste great.

Avoid this product!
Without a doubt the worst “coffee” ever. It didn’t smell like coffee and tasted horrendous. Absolutely garbage. Had one cup and tossed the entire 5 lb bag of beans. It’s hard to describe the flavor of trash but this fit the description perfectly.
