Difficult to pair, don't stay in the ear, short battery life
The instructions were somewhat vague and didn't align with the product that well (specifically a large gap between what the lights do on the charging box in reality versus what they should do according to the instructions). Pairing is difficult and requires multiple resets of putting the buds back in the charging case, then pressing the buttons just the right amount. A physical on/off toggle switch would have been a more ideal design. You need the earbud in your ear so you can hear its pairing, but then you also have to press the button, which puts too much pressure on your ear. Not comfy in ears. After 5 flights, I had them fall out 2x. Battery life is okay, but I think I will be trying some other options as I seek more comfort, easier pairing, and longer battery life. Sound level is not sufficient for airplanes if you need to listen to dialogue in a movie/tv show.

Confusing and Difficult to Use
I've owned a number of bluetooth wireless headphones. I tried this one because it had such great review. After using it for a few days, I'm not sure why. The sound quality is mediocre at best but the biggest problem is it is difficult to use. It takes 5-10 seconds to connect to the device and using each of the earbuds in mono mode is really difficult. There are two bluetooth connections that show up, one for left and one for right. Pretty clumsy to me.

Great wireless earphones. Acoustical seal critical.
I've had these for a month now, and I've gotten a sense of their limitations and strengths. What blew me away initially was that these were my first Bluetooth 5.0 wireless headphones, and the range is fantastic. SO much better than 4.2 or whatever the last one was. Not to say that I don't get dropout, but this seems to have more to do with the wireless environment than anything. At home I can be on different floors with multiple walls between me and my phone and I don't get any, but at my very busy gym where close to half of the other people have wireless headphones, there are occasionally dropouts. That many devices sharing a relatively tight spectrum of the designated bandwidth seems to have the most effect. The other gym I go to -a much smaller gym- there was much less interference dropout. As it is, it's not frequent enough to bother me, and better than most previous bluetooth (>4.2) headsets I've had. They actually sound quite good to me now, but it wasn't always like this; it took a little effort. Initially they sounded quite thin and one dimensional, but I could tell they had potential because when I pressed them into my ear canals with my fingers, the bass response improved dramatically. I just couldn't get a good acoustical seal with the supplied silicone tips- and I tried all the sizes. They were screaming out for Comply brand foam tips, so having to guess which size the earphones required, I tried a single pair of their Smartcore Sport pro. $9. Wallah. Especially since adding the Comply tips, I've been having to fiddle with reseating the left earpiece a bit before it's corresponding charging indicator light comes on.That and the fact that the drivers were fully broken in by the time I got around to ordering the comply tips, and they now sound surprisingly good. I think I can tell a subtle difference the the sound quality of the 5.0 bluetooth too, but that's too subtle for me to be able to tell if it's just power of suggestion rather than actual quality perception. The battery life isn't great, maybe a little more than a couple of hours in regular use, but my workouts don't last more than an hour and a half, so I never have a problem, and the charging case will refill them enough to last several days before it needs charging too. I haven't tested this feature to see just how long I can go, but I've often gone 3 days between charges without sign of failure.YMMV- other reviews like the sound with the supplied tips, but at least one I read complained that these sounded too trebly and thin; I'm pretty sure that person was not able to achieve an acoustical seal with the supplied tips. I would recommend these earphones to anyone who wants a good-sounding and reliable pair of inexpensive totally wireless in-ear earphones, but you might have to upgrade them a bit.

Get rid of wires.
I own this TWS about 2 weeks.I bought it mostly for my everyday workout (running, rope jumping, weight lifting ) to replace my old wireless earbuds. And for now I’m fully satisfied with the purchase.PairingNo issues. Pair it exactly as it described at manual and it works as expected either for stereo or for single (left, in my case ) mode.FitI’m using middle size ear tips. Took some time to find proper position in ear, but after that - no complains. This TWS stays in ear during whole workout without falling.RangeI owned several wireless earbuds for workout and, in my case, all these earbuds experienced frequent sound interruption when I did rope jumping in 3-4 meters from phone or just moved away from phone more than 5 meters. With this TWS I don’t have such problem at all - Bluetooth range is good. Probably it is because this TWS uses Bluetooth 5.0 and all my old earbuds were Bluetooth 4.0-4.1But anyway, I’m very pleasant with the rangeSound volume and quality.Sound volume is Ok for me. I’m using this TWS with ~75% of phone maximum sound volume and it is more than enough for me – it is really loud.Quality is Ok for me as well. I have several wireless earbuds and wireless on-ear headphones in price range $40-$60 and I would say this TWS has similar sound quality.I’m not a sound expert , but I’m totally Ok with sound quality of this TWS.Play time:I didn’t test continuous play time from full charge to full drain. My regular workout is about 1 hour and this TWS lasts about 2.5 workouts. So play time in my case is about 2.5 hours.

Unusable
I like avantree as a company and have several of their products which I am very happy with. These ear buds however were unusable in any way.Their blue tooth connection continually cut out and they would not stay in my ears. I feel like I've been robbed of $40. Oh well, shame on me for getting fooled.

Charger broke after 3 weeks of use but received a new set
I liked using the earbuds and they worked fine for a while. Then for no reason at all, the left charger stopped charging. I discovered that the middle prong got stuck and wouldn't pop back up. So the earbud does not charge. There was nothing I could do to make it pop back up. I called the customer service. They were friendly and I have now sent in a photo of my broken charger. We shall see what happens next.I got a new set and they work nicely. I hope this set will keep working well. I change from2 stars to 4 for their good customer service. If these keep working well into the srcond year I will up the number of stars.
