Note: i just purchased the instax mini 70 along with this case and a strap. I have no film, and these are all my initial reactions.Material:The outside appears to be fake leather, perhaps pleather. The interior is a soft fabric, which I believe is perfect for the camera, since it wont scratch it and will provide a soft cushiony feel. The exterior is black and the interior is gray.Sturdiness/Snugness:The camera fits very snug inside. At first i thought it wouldn't fit, but it did! The case holds the camera well, and since the inside is soft, i won't need to worry about the camera getting damaged from it.The buttons/clasps hold well. You have to tug it a bit to close the front button by the lens, but it shows its a snug fit.The part around the lens has some space, so it is not completely covered. Keep this in mind. For example: It will protect against overhead rain, most likely, but not being submerged in water (seems obvious but needs to be said).Strap:I dont plan on using the strap, or the one included with the camera, since I purchased a seperate one (shown in one of the photos. It is white, yellow, pink, and blue). However, I did check the quality and it looks nice. Its the same material as the exterior or the case and is quite long. It does have an adjustment part so you can change the length though. The strap has a clasp/hook on each side to slip onto the sides of the case. (One of my photos shows the D-ring on the side of the case being attached to my colorful strap).With the top part removed:I believe you can take pictures well with the top aprt removed as all components needed for the picture are exposed. I do not have film, so i cannot test it yet, but I looked through my camera viewfinder/lens and it all looks clear.I do recommend this case for those of you who do not want a hard-shell case, like me. You can also still accessorize with the case on!

Very cute Instax Mini 70 case! Everyone I've shown this to likes it. It's very girly, but the design is very playful. I also like that this case doesn't have the weird name "Cauil" or whatever on the lower left front of the case like some of the other designs. I have a blue Mini 70 and it fits fairly well in this. I understand this case is a two-piece with the front detachable in order to snap pics, however, even though I can unsnap one of the bottom case buttons to lift the front flap up, it's not easy to take pics this way unless I completely remove the front piece. Even then, the case makes the camera feel slightly unwieldy.The quality of the case itself is pretty good and feels sturdy. I foresee it lasting a long time. The neck lanyard it came with is very handy for carrying the camera everywhere and preventing it from getting lost. It's also adjustable to a long side satchel length.Finally, I should point out that removing the camera from the case isn't easy. It takes a little bit of wiggling, which isn't a bad thing considering the camera fits snug (but not too snug), making the only thing holding the camera in the case the slot that the camera's protruding lens goes into.

This is a good case, and feels durable for my Mini 70. I only have a couple very minor issues with it. The first is that you absolutely need to unsnap the top cover to take decent photos, otherwise it will just flop back over the camera. The second (and this is really nitpicky) is that the cam sits a little low in the case so the upper-lip of the case bottom sometimes gets into the bottom of the photo. This is solved by simply pulling the cam up a bit in the case before you shoot. Not a big deal, but I tend to take the whole thing out of the case if I'm going to be shooting a lot of photos, which is mildly inconvenient. Other than that I like the style and it's a good product if you own a Mini 70 and want to protect it on the go.

I bought this case for my Instax Mini 80. It fits my camera perfectly and looks like it is designed particularly for this camera. The white case match perfectly with my aquamarine camera, which makes it look stunning. There is one thing that I think is inconvenient. There is no pocket or no space designed for photo storage. Imagine that when you are out of home traveling, and would love to take some pictures, but after photos are out you would have to carry your photos somewhere else. I would suggest that they invent cases with an extra pocket to storage the picture. Anyways, a 5-star for this case.

I really love this case. It's super sturdy, it fits my 70 perfectly and I really like that the top protective flap is completely removeable. Especially if you're planing to take a few pictures at once and don't want to have to hold the flap down the whole time. It's well made and super cute. I love it!

I’m giving it 2 stars because the little photo book fell apart right in my hands. It would’ve been a nice book but it appears like there was only a fine line of glue holding it together to the stem. Regardless, as soon as I opened it, it fell apart.Everything else that is comes with was great. The case was sturdy and the stickers are cute.My only complaint is the cheap quality of the photo book and the cheap appearance of some of the items.

Item was just as expected.It works well, and it fits my Instax mini 70.I wish that their company logo was not so large on the front lower left corner of the case, but aside from that, I have no major complaints.I sometimes wish that the case had a little spot for putting my Instax pictures in after I take them.

I was in shock when I opened this package, the quality of this case is amazing, pics does not do justice. It is sleek and fits my MINI 70 perfectly. I like how it is very fit, so the camera won't be moving around in there. I definitely recommend this, and I will be purchasing other colors.

This case is brilliant! Fits my camera perfectly! And the colour is gorgeous! Only down side is I think it needs another popper (button) on the other side of the lense (shown in photo) because it flaps a bit. But that's a minor thing! I would highly recommend to anyone!

Bought it to go with the new camera for daughter's Christmas present. Took all the stuff out of the box and used it to fill her stocking and gave the blue case alone as another gift to get more mileage out of this great package. Was a huge hit and keeps daughter entertained and away from books and homework ;-) Hmmmm
