TDP Far Infrared Heat Lamp, Mineral Therapy Lamp TDP Lamp- Leawell 607A,Touched

I was a bit skeptical about this unit, as I have a bad knee, and a a major lower back issue with bulged discs and a herniation as well. I am a 61 year old guy, always exercising, but lately, with health issues, I have not been able to do much, until now! This lamp is exceptional! My knee pain is gone and my lower back is now flexible and pain free. I am able to exercise both, stretch my lower back and use a physio ball to do lower back "good mornings" which are adding strength and flexibility back to my whole body. 3 different specialists told me I was headed for a spine surgery. My knee and lower back feel like they did 20 years ago! I highly recommend this unit to anyone with joint and muscle aches. The ancient Chinese theory behind this lamp, of heat removing moisture from joints and restoring the ying and yang energy to the body, seem to be holding true. I was very skeptical, but now a firm believer in this therapy. I highly recommend this unit. Start with the lower setting and slowly add intensity and time. I use it at least once a day for 30 minutes now, and feel great.

I bought another TDP lamp on Amazon for about $40.00 less. Let me tell you, this one is worth every bit of the additonal $40.00 I spent on this one. The other takes about 25 minutes to warm up - this one takes about 4. The other one does not turn the head in all directions making it hard to get the spot you want to work on just right. This one you can move the head in all directions. The other one has a noisy timer. This one being digital is completely quiet. I definitely recommend this TDP lamp.

First bought TDP Far Infrared Mineral Heat Lamp with a Detachable Head (KS 9800) as it's $40 cheaper. Unfortunately, it came with defect on one of the base. So I returned it and bought this one. This one has a lot better quality on frame! :-) I have chronic hip and knee pain. After using this everyday for about 2 weeks, I don't see a dramatic improvement; however, it at least helps muscle relief and keeps me warm during cold winter. I surely will continue using it and hope for a gradual improvement. :-)

Great product so far - it heats up nicely, is easy to use and I love the timer function. It does seem to be helping with stiffness and discomfort. So far, I'm very happy with this!

I am extremely dissatisfied with this purchase. I am a licensed acupuncturist. I am happy I tried this at home on myself before I brought it into my clinic. First of all, the caging around the heating element is PLASTIC. Now, my entire home smells of burnt plastic toxic fumes. Also, during my testing of the product on my abdomen, I piece of plastic actually burned and melted off the unit and fell onto my abdomen. I was not expecting this poor of quality of a heat lamp with the price I paid for it. And now, I am going to have to go through the hassle of trying to reship this back for a return?! Ridiculous. Please do yourself a favor and purchase a TDP lamp with ZERO plastic and read reviews!

good product, need improving. The time gives 30; 60 90 mins to auto turn off. However, has loud bee sound when time is up. Somehow wake up people who already fall sleep. May not be an issue for others.

Overall, the unit is easy to install. But I noticed some screws on the bottom plate that were poorly screwed and loose.Tried for 2 days, must say the smell of burning plastic was strong and scared me a little thinking it might catch fire.Have yet to feel improvements but am confident that the unit should perform as claimed.One major problem is the power cord, only 3-4 feet short. Makes it feel cheap and the manufacturer petty.

I use it in my clinic, and I love the fact that it heats up pretty quickly...but really love the 2 heat levels...I use them on different parts of the body. Very happy so far. Hope it lasts a long time too!

I contacted Amazon online product support 3 times but the session terminated suddenly for no reason. Can anybody suggest how to get it repaired please?
