Failed to connect to WiFi after many tries. NO UK customer servies.

Product looks great and was easy to install but a back box is not provided and should be in my opinion. I had to purchase a single gang, black surface mount pattress before installation. The instructions on WiFi connection are poor and I struggled to connect it but it was easy to programme without connecting anyway. My Mrs, connected it to the WiFi later and it works fine from my phone and Alexa. However, once connected to a smart phone it must be programmed from the phone and not the device itself. If you put the device into manual mode to adjust the temperature slightly, it stays in manual mode and does not revert back to programmed mode at the next time setting. Me old stat used to revert back so I must remember to put it back into auto before going out or going to bed. Also, it is described as being accurate to half a degree. THIS IS NOT TRUE! It reads in 0.5 degree increments but will not switch on until the temperature drops by one full degree. This means the temperature control is not great nor as described in the product specifications.It has a fantastic display and could easily receive a 5 star rating if these issues were fixed.I’m keeping it because it’s the best in its price range without spending silly money on a Hive or Nest product.

It came without the sensor wire and it was also broken and it delayed my work for a dayI dont recomend

Das Thermostat sieht echt edel aus. Die Installation war unkompliziert und die Einstellungen sind schnell geamacht.Die Einstellmöglichkeiten und Funktionen sind für meine Anwendung (Dieselheizung im Boot) völlig ausreichend.Das Einzige, was ein wenig stört ist, dass sich beim "Wecken" des Displays aus dem Standby (im "Handbetrieb") der Sollwert verstellt - man touched eben auf's Display. Wie gesagt, kein großen Ding - wir haben uns daran gewöhnt.

Per il rapporto qualità / prezzo è davvero il top, moderno, bello efficace ed utilissimo.Certo, prima avevo un termostato normale a batterie ed ho dovuto portare un nuovo cavo di corrente per alimentare questo altrimenti non funzionava ma in fondo è stato abbastanza facile con l'aiuto di una sonda. Collegarlo al wi-fi e a Google home per i comandi vocali non è stato molto difficile.Con la sua applicazione beca smart posso variare la temperatura, accendere o spegnere l'impianto anche a km di distanza! Inoltre è possibile programmarlo per la settimana e il fine settimana.Il termostato è abbastanza preciso e posso dirvi che dopo 4 anni di utilizzo non mi ha mai dato problemi di nessun tipo, ve lo consiglio!

Antes de nada, hay que asegurarse que el modelo elegido es el correcto, porque hay tres disponibles para distintos tipos de calefacción. Yo tengo una caldera de gas (Vaillant Ecotec Plus) para calefacción y agua caliente y por lo tanto necesito un termostato de alta tensión (en inglés lo llaman "line voltage thermostat"). Por eso el modelo elegido es el GC, que tiene entrada para 4 cables: los dos de la caldera que van a cualquier termostato de ruedecita (también llamada "dry line") y los de alimentación del aparato, que necesita 220v. Yo tenía una caja empotrada en la pared normalita, de tipo enchufe normal y corriente (creo que es de 60x60 mm) de la que salían los cables de la caldera. Los otros, los de alimentación, los bajé de la caja de registro (bueno aunque en realidad sólo hace falta uno). La instalación fue muy, muy sencilla. Conectar los cables según el diagrama y meter el termostato en la caja de la pared, que tiene unas perforaciones que coinciden con la caja para los tornillos. Quedó muy bien sujeto y como es planito, no abulta nada. Estéticamente queda muy bien. El manejo manual es muy sencillo. Tiene un botón para encender y apagar el termostato y otros para subir y bajar la temperatura. En modo automático (o programable) es algo más lioso y prefiero hacerlo desde la aplicación del móvil, que funciona perfectamente. Para ello hay que registrarse en la aplicación y la conexión con internet es muy sencilla. No hay demoras desde que apago en el móvil y se apaga en el termostato.Los botones son de tipo "táctil", no hay sobresaltados y se limpia con un pañito.La visión tanto en modo "reposo" como "activo", es cómoda aún en entornos luminosos.Lo malo, por poner algo, es que el manual viene en inglés y alemán. Tampoco sé si la vida de los iconos de los botones será larga e irá desapareciendo la serigrafía de tanto tocarlos, pero a fin de cuentas el termostato sólo se toca (en mi casa) durante los meses de mucho frío. El resto del año está apagado porque el agua caliente va aparte.En definitiva estoy muy contento con la compra. Además llegó muy rápido (2 días).

Pour le prix il est vraiment pratique, moderne, beau, et efficace...Utiliser sur une chaudière au fioul en filaire j'ai dû amener une alim phase neutre car je n'avais que le contact sec.Pour le wifi un peu de mal à le connecter car j'ai dû différencié sur la box le 2,4 GHz du 5 GHz après nickel.Après avoir installé l'application beca my smart thermostat vous pouvez voir combien il fait ds la maison à distance avec la 4G et monter la température comme vous voulez et le programmer pour la semaine et le week-end sur 6 periodes.Le thermostat est assez précis au 0,5 dixième près.Je recommande...
