Brother-in-law had broken his femur and was recouping. He needed to do physical therapy but needed to wear shoes. His shoes were too tight due to swelling. Thank goodness for these shoes. They fit well and look good.

The most comfortable shoe I ever owned
I've always ordered 6E width and with some brands and they're still too narrow. These are actually too wide even with all the spacers installed. This is still better than too narrow but next time I'll try 4E since they tend to run on the wide side. Overall I'm very satisfied.
