Great picture and 20x zoom gets in really close. I'm using the HDMI connection which was plug and play. Camera is silent when moving. Manual could have been clearer when using the Infra Red remote. I have two cameras and initially both moved at the same time until I read the manual in more detail to discover the camera address and the IR address are set with two different switches. Only played so far. They will get used for real this evening. Minor irritation - no batteries for remote and no HDMI cable.

I bought my first one in October 2023 to replace an ageing camcorder that was no longer functioning properly. It is used every week to live-stream Church services. I was so pleased that I got a second one to replace another camcorder and it has been equally good. I have given 4 stars rather than 5 because the instructions are not easy to follow - although operation is easy once mastered - and I got no reply when I emailed for advice on an issue with a Blackmagic Atem mini. It was a cable compatibility problem not an issue with either the PTZ or the Atem. Picture quality is crisp and clear and very good colour range. The auto pre-set function is extremely useful making live editing very straightforward.

This Tenveo conference camera is a serious piece of kit with impressive capabilities for those who know how to exploit the features to good effect. If you are only looking for a good-quality webcam, this is probably overkill, because it has a large desk footprint and does not include a built-in microphone, though it combines perfectly with external microphones if you want to use it as a webcam for excellent results. This is a feature-packed streaming solution, and offers everything you need right out of the box. It comes with the camera itself, an AC/DC power adapter, a lengthy USB 3.0 cable, a wireless remote, a detailed manual, a wall mount with screws, and even a guide for advanced streaming. The camera boasts an impressive set of features, making it ideal for live events like church services, concerts, meetings, or studio broadcasts. It’s equipped with a 20x optical zoom delivering sharp 1080p video at 60 frames per second; however, the menu will allow you to choose lower resolution options should you wish. The 1/2.8-inch Sony CMOS sensor provides excellent quality with a crisp, vibrant, and well-detailed image, even at maximum zoom. The autofocus is spot-on, and I found the overall picture well-balanced with a natural look and good dynamic range on default settings. You can also dive into the menus and alter the colour balance and other image characteristics for fine-balanced control. Connectivity is easy with HDMI, USB 3.0, and RJ45 ports and it works straight out of the box when powered up with no complex setup. This is ideal for low-latency, high-quality streaming over a network, seamlessly integrating with software like OBS, Zoom, or YouTube. I used it for an extended Skype talk as well as shorter chats on FaceTime and it works faultlessly, even in lower light. The IR remote offers up to 10 presets (or 255 via RS-232/RS-485), and you can tweak settings through a web interface. The camera pans 350° horizontally and tilts 90° vertically, all in a smooth, near-silent motion. Mounting is flexible, with a 1/4-20 tripod thread or the included wall mount. Apart from the technical stuff, I have to add that this gives an unmistakable impression of being solidly made and that the 20x zoom is a big chunk of glass to do the job properly. One small grumble is that if you are using this as a webcam, I found the lights on the front a bit overpowering, even in standby mode. Maybe there is an option in the settings that I missed to turn that off, but it was easy enough to simply put a piece of black tape across it. Is it cheap? Perhaps not, but then again, it compares well on price against similar spec alternatives. In my opinion, this is a great piece of equipment for larger offices or any organisation that has advanced needs with a fully fledged conference camera.

This is a real high end product well designed for a conference room. It is well packed with all the necessary hardware (power adapter, USB B to USB C, remote, wall mount and screws). To be mentioned that the remote does not come with any batteries. The camera may be 1080p but the clarity is brilliant. It is capable of a 10x zoom with auto focus. And yes, the zoom is very clear whatever the zoom level it is, nearly everything is crystal clear. It can be connected to other devices using the included USB B or via RJ45 or via HDMI. Connecting it using USB B works perfectly straight out of the box without the need of any third party software. The included remote has all the control over the camera settings (rotation, zoom, brightness and many more). There are additional switches on the bottom of the base for which I am unsure what they are doing, but these are probably mentioned in the user manual. Overall, this a brilliant camera for many users. Be it a company, a streamer or other content creator it will do the job easily without any hassle. I am not sure how it will compare to other more professional devices but it is a strong product.

Richtig gute Kamera für unsere Live-Bühne. Wichtig war keine Bildverzögerungen. Das Bild kommt in Echtzeit an den Monitoren an. Die Auflösung ist für unser Zweck mehr als ausreichend.

La qualité d'image, le suivi des mouvements et la mise au point sont très satisfaisants. L'installation est rapide, il suffit simplement de brancher la camera sur le port USB, elle est immédiatement reconnu et fonctionnelle. Très bonne bonne webcam peut filmer la pièce elle vous suis et très bonne qualité. La webcam comprend également un petit support pour une utilisation sur les ordinateurs portables et les moniteurs.

Avevo già acquistato la versione 20X e devo ammettere che in condizioni di luce media/alta hanno una resa più che eccellente. La uso per lavoro e quindi spesso chiedo più di quello che potrebbe fare. I motori sono ultra silenziosi, interessante il controllo delle funzioni anche direttamente solo tramite USB e interfaccia web browser. All'interno ha davvero una miriade di funzioni tutte richiamabili dal telecomando o tramite i protocolli via cavo di rete o seriale. Consiglio l'uso in Full Auto e protocollo ONVIF così da richiamare le scene delle posizioni in maniera impeccabile. Utilissimo il collegamento tramite SRT. La versione aggiornata con ottica 20x è perfetta con l'uso in combinazione del KB200.

Tenveo VHD10H: Mein wichtigstes Kriterium für die Auswahl dieser Kamera ist die verzögerungsfreie Übertragung der Bilder. Die Kamera wird für unseren Chor eingesetzt, wenn der Organist und Chorleiter hinter uns Sängern an der Orgel sitzt. Wenn das Bild da verspätet ist ist pünktlicher Einsatz des Chores nicht mehr möglich. Die Bildqualität ist sehr gut auch bei mäßigem Licht. Übertragung per HDMI auf PC-Monitor. Die Fernbedienung funktioniert einwandfrei, gut ist, dass die Mittelposition der Kamera gegenüber der Seite mit den Anschlüssen und dem Infrarot Empfänger liegt. So kann eine Person das Bild verstellen, wenn sie den Monitor ansieht. Eine Tonübertragung ist nicht vorhanden. Kleiner Tipp: Sollte es bei der Erstnutzung am Monitor kein Bild geben ist wahrscheinlich eine ungeeignete Bildauflösung eingestellt. Dann PC oder Notebook über USB anschließen -wird unter Windows automatisch erkannt-und das Kamera Programm öffnen. Das erkennt alle möglichen Einstellungen der Bildauflösung. Dann das Menü mit der Fernbedienung öffnen und die passenden Einstellungen vornehmen. Dabei kann ein HDMI Monitor gleichzeitig angeschlossen werden und erhält ebenfalls ein Bild. Sie können dann die Passende Auflösung für Ihren Monitor einstellen. Übrigens: Vorsicht bei der Spracheinstellun im Menü:es gibt nur Englisch und Chinesisch. Also nicht verändern sonst ist die Rückkehr mühsam, wenn Sie nicht Chinesisch können. Wenn ich Veränderungswünsche frei hätte würde ich den Fuß der Kamera etwas kompakter machen, die Stellplätze ist recht groß. Zudem wäre es toll, wenn man die Bildorientierung von horizontal auf vertikal umstellen könnte. Und Nein, SEITLICHE liegende Befestigung ist nicht möglich !

Wir benötigten für unseren Gottesdienstsaal eine zweite Kamera. Da wir das Vorgängermodell schon im Einsatz haben, besorgten wir und nun das Nachfolgermodell. Was soll ich schreiben - perfekte Kamera. Wir hatten damals schon 3 alternativ Modelle im Blick, sind nun von diesem Modell genauso überzeugt, denn auch hier stimmt Preis-Leistung absolut. Wir nutzen die Kamera für Aufzeichnungen von Gottesdiensten, Online-Übertragungen und Meetings. Optisch und auch haptisch macht die Kamera einen soliden Eindruck. Die Verarbeitung ist auch nochmal ein ganzes Stück besser als das Vorgängermodell. Definitiv eine Kaufempfehlung.
