Good Job Al Bohsali.I purchased the Al Bohsali Maamoul Pistachio 24 pc.THE BADWhen I first opened the box and removed the protective individual cover, I almost had a heart attack... The maamoul was not the typical elongated pistachio maamoul... It had the shape of the Dates Maamoul that I hate beyond words.I was going to call Amazon and ask for an immediate refund...Still, I developed the courage to open the mamouul with extremely high blood pressure, I was soooo relieved to see pistachios not dates.THE GOODAll is good afterwards... The protective cover has been changed now to very dark green, the "new" round and thick shape allows AL Bohasli to put in more Pistachio filling, and much less dry and crumbly semolina-butter dough. THAT alone kept the dough moist and cohesive. Sinking your teeth into such delightful mamoul is a total sin... and it gives you the full bite you remember from Lebanon....Congratulations, Al Bohsali...
