My 400fps xbow was opening the original shock collars immediately. There’s nicks in my riser to back it up. Shoot them through paper if you want to test your setup. **Q: Do these fly like field tips** A: I don't how you would know with out a practice head so you can shoot a field tip and a practice head at different yds. 30yds. ,to 70 yds. If you call Rage they will tell you to shoot the Broadheads too zero your bow at about $15.00 ea. that would cost you a fortune . I call and ask to buy some Practice heads , They do not have any to sell you . **Q: Is this a package of 3?** A: No pack of 2 and no practice head . Rage will tell you to use broad heads to zero your bow in. I think they are out of their minds how many broad - heads will you go thru before you get Zero in **Q: Do these blades open on contact or when launched from the bow?** A: Front blade is fixed. Rear open on contact. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent brodhead *by J*** on July 11, 2023* I have used rage brodheads for a number of years now always 100 grain two blades and am very pleased with their performance. I started with the slip cams and used them for a number of years and was pleased with the results. I went to the extremes about a year after they first came out at first was a little concerned with the bigger cutting diameter. I feared I wouldn't get complete pass throughs but that is not to be feared. I have shot these out of a Matthews drenalin and a Matthews vertix and from a 10 yard to a 37 yard and others in between have had nothing but pass throughs and short blood trails that a blind person could follow. As a hunter I strive for a quick clean kill and have been impressed with rage extremes. I have yet to follow a blood trail from where the arrow was stuck in the ground to where the deer laid more than 60 yards and if I don't see them go down I hear them crash and this happens within seconds after the arrow passed through the deer. If you are looking for a well constructed brodhead that produces short easy to follow blood trails look no further from rage extreme. Sharp and flies just like a field point and consistent.
