Seems it would be hard to pull a pin out if in a panic.** A: A slight tug and it comes out easily without force. But yet doesn’t come out easily enough to fall out on its own.... if that makes sense. I carry mine on a clasp on the outside of my purse. **Q: Is the pin attached to the unit so when you pull it you dont lose it** A: No but it has a short cord, you shouldn't lose it **Q: I just received batteries but not the alarms are they going to come separate?
