I received today and it was packaged beautifully and well protected. I was surprised it came in 2 pieces, but not an issue as I have now an elephant and a plant pot if I want to separate. The size of it is perfect, not over sized, but definitely not teeny tiny. It came with some cones that smell like burning paper and (at least so far) the red one's left a stain on my counter top, so make sure you put a mat or something underneath. It works really well without a draft to take the smoke away from the cascade and looks so cool. I gave it a 4 because even though it came in 2 parts, if the planter base at location spots for the elephant to sit in and the incense burner stick holder had a catch tray it would have got a 5. I have some different cones arriving, so I can say goodbye to the burning paper smell cones it came with.

Very Cool. Wish the elephant had something to lock it into place to avoid accidental bumps. Almost broke the elephant from a quick movement but got lucky. The hole for aesthetics is nice but kind of big. I put some dried flowers in there and it looks nice. Would be cool if it came with a plastic bonsai or something that went in there though. Just food for thought. All in all a very cool piece that is enjoyable to watch.

I love this!! Its so fun to watch. Like others have said, the decorative hole is a little weird and I don't like that the elephant doesn't lock in at all. If you bump it, itll fall right off and break.

I purchased for my granddaughter. Upon receiving I shipped it to her as part of a Valentine gift in Chicago. She loved it. Unfortunately it is defective. The smoke doesn't travel as intended. It would be too much trouble to send back so she is keeping it.😒

The unit was a little bit small, but it so cute and worked as it should.

Not what I expected. Elephant is cut but secured to the base and incense cone smells ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!. Had the cone lit for approximately five minutes and took it two days to get the small out of the house. Will never use this in my home again.

I love this thing. It is attractive and functional. I highly recommend it to anyone out there that burns incense.

The elephant is a separate piece from the base, causing it to be a little unsturdy. My fiance accidentally bumped it and the elephant fell and broke. Other than that, if you set it up right, it works well.
