I sustained a back injury years ago, so I ice my back daily. When my old pack bit the dust, I ordered this one. I love the size because it covers my entire lower back. I also appreciate how it stays cold for as long as I need it to. Would definitely recommend! It seems well constructed and made to last.

Had a grade 2 ankle sprain and this ice pack was perfect. Thinner than my old one but kept cold. That and the size made it easy to wrap around my ankle focusing on just the injured area.

Such a relief and coldness lasts forever. Love the extra large size. First given to me at physical therapy and the comfort was immediate…and had to have one. Went right on Amazon and ordered it. A couple days later bought another one. The Best!

Really nice quality. Size is great for hip area. Stays cold and flexible for a long time.

Temperature-wise: the gel is great, it would instantly chill my calf muscle as it healed from a tear. Downside: not much longevity. Even when leaving it in the fridge for 3-4 hours it lasted maybe a bit over 10 minutes? I still gave it 4 stars bc it beats putting ice in a bag directly on your skin, but I would see if other brands last longer!

Was trying to copy the one I use at occupational therapy following hand surgery. This one fit the bill and is very effective in relieving pain, swelling, and inflammation. Far more effective than a bag of frozen peas. Lol!

Far superior to one I got from my orthopedic surgeon for recovery from a complex foot-ankle fusion surgery to correct a severe deformity. That one froze as a fairly rigid rectangle that was hard to curve around the place where my ankle joins my foot. It was also hard to wrap it around my foot so the top and arch were covered. The gel just froze too solid. The standard 10” x 14” size bends closely for curved areas so I can use it to completely wrap around my foot from heel to toe. Even though it’s large it bends enough to make direct contact with the area behind and in front of the area where my foot joins my ankle. Grateful I bought a 2 pack so one is still ready in the freezer when the one I’ve just used is no longer frozen. This has been critical with the intense daily pain over the last 3 months. The standard size has worked so well that I purchased a 2 pack of the 7” x 11” half size to use on my other foot which is still deformed.

So glad I bought this, it’s the perfect size. My husband had a hip replacement and this was so much nicer and no melting ice. It freezes well and it lasts a long time before refreezing. Priced nicely. Material is nice, easy to use.

Really really helpful and a godsend during this heatwave. We bought 2 packs of 2 so 4 in total and have one for me and my wife, and once they have been used we put them in the freezer and take out the other 2 and rinse and repeat so we stay cool all day! Amazing!

After I bought this model I was a bit worried that I might have picked a one which is too big, however, the size is perfect. If you have a back pump from gym and wanna lie on it or you wanna cover the whole knee the big size really comes handy. The material is really durable and the gel allowed it to be folded twice and being put in the freezer in a small corner comfortably.

Mzillzur achat de froid depuis longtemps. Ai pris ça plus pour la canicule que pour blessure et c'est top. Elle ne sedurcit pas comme d'autres "mini couverture" ou poches. Du coup facile à manier. Je les mets a plat dans congel les glisse dans taie oreiller pour mettre quelque chose de protecteur sur la peau. Et le tour est joué. Ca ne dure pas 45 a 1h comme dise certains, bien moins. Mais c'est suffisant pour s'endormir et rafraichir. Donc idem pour blessure (ai cheville blessée donc ai testé et c'est bien). 1 peu lourde mais pas insurmontable comme celles d'une autre marque retournées (bleu clair) que j'avais renvoyé.
