I should have got the largest size. Seems very small for medium. If you kids are around u/12 don’t bother with medium, and go for the large. Otherwise it’s a decent pad

To small for juniors
Good product but to small for junior rugby training. Would work for minis. Have requested a replacement for a mens bags that will suit my 10 year old twins.
