Reflex SOL Foot & Calf Massager - Neuropathy - HSA/FSA Approved

I bought this for my mom as a Christmas present last year. She has really bad plantar fasciitis and used it every day, all day, and it lasted for ALMOST an entire year. The right bag that massages the calf either broke or moved, and it kind of hurts her now. I have used this personally a few times and the pressure, massage, and heat is AMAZING. The buttons are simple to use and easy to understand. Yea this item is a little bulky but it’s worth the massage, trust me. Overall this massager functions well, and is amazing. I just wish it lasted a little longer!! I will be re-purchasing!!!

I’ve had this for a year now, I’d like to give 4.5 stars. Although it still work great, I’d like to see a few additions or improvements. As a side note, I groom dogs 5 days a week which is an extremely physical profession requiring me to stand on my feet. I also have rheumatoid arthritis which is a joint inflammation and deformation disease. (Reason I need this machine) PROS: -Still as intense as the day of first use -Vibration is great for circulation -Heat helps loosen muscles and joints -Tight air pockets -A master switch to tun off the machine -There’s a bar under the front to set it at an angle -The unit base is rounded. So, it rocks for ease of moving it around even when your feet are inside. CONS: -I wish the heel was elevated higher than the toe to get a better heel massage. IMPROVEMENTS: -Maybe the air pockets on the sides could force the foot down in the crevice for a more intense foot/heel massage. -Line up the heel with the calf instead of slightly behind the calf for improved heel massage -Elevate the heel area -A roller up the back of the calves -Longer timing on the machine -A remote so I don’t have to lean forward to restart the machine

We bought this as an early Christmas present to ourselves. My husband currently has bad sciatica nerve issues from back surgery. The bottom of his feet feel like he walks on glass. His calf’s are so tight. Oh and his big toe feels like it’s on fire. With about 3 weeks under his belt with using it multiple times a day, this machine has Significantly improved his pain! We still have months of recovery ahead for him. But this machine is surely helping! You can feel the nubs (for lack of proper words) gently rubbing the bottom of your feet. Love how you can change the intensity. Cons : it could be a little taller (we are both 5’10”) and comes below the back of our knees. And because of the weight of the machine- it is not easy to move it around. If they could somehow develop wheels on the back sides- that would be perfect. And the price….. it is pricey! Love the vibration and the warming effect-it’s very nice! I recommend this foot/leg massager !!

Complete Waste of Money - Avoid at All Costs I've had multiple experiences with this massager over the past few years, and every single one has been a disaster. Don't make the same expensive mistake I did. My first unit arrived with a manufacturing defect - the left leg compartment was completely wrong size, making it impossible to use both legs despite paying full price for a dual-leg massager. After returning that one, I gave them another chance thinking it was just bad luck. The replacement worked for about 6 months before developing a terrible electronic burning smell and dying completely. Foolishly, I tried one more time, only to have the exact same burning smell and failure happen again within another 6 months. The pattern was clear - this is a fundamentally flawed product with serious quality control issues. Even when I had a unit that seemed to work initially, it only lasted about 18 months before the mechanical components failed. When I took it apart, I found the bottom helical gear had completely separated from the axle, making the foot massage mechanism useless. For a $200+ product, having vital parts fail just outside warranty is unacceptable. The company's customer support is absolutely terrible. Once you're out of warranty (even by just 2 months), they offer zero help. No repair services, no replacement parts available, no discounts on replacements - nothing. I was willing to pay for repairs and shipping, but they don't even have repair facilities. Their website doesn't even have proper categories to report common issues like manufacturing defects. Even when the units work, the performance is disappointing compared to the marketing claims. The massage intensity is much weaker than advertised, the controls are confusing, and it's so loud you can't relax during use. After spending over $600 on multiple units and replacements, I'm left with nothing but expensive paperweights. The burning smells are concerning from a safety standpoint, the build quality is poor, and the company clearly doesn't stand behind their product. Save your money and invest in professional massages instead - you'll get better results and actual value for your money.

This machine arrived at my home about an hour ago and I had to get to my computer to write this review! My husband is a USPS Mechanic- he's on his feet all day, doing hard work fixing vehicles and such. His calves are overdeveloped, which cause pain in his legs. This also heavily contributes to plantar fasciitis. Having these two conditions makes sleeping difficult for him. For YEARS, he's tried various doctors, braces, and massages to loosen up the muscles in his feet and calves. Nothing relieved his discomfort. Nothing. This machine arrived at the door, my husband took it right out of the box. There's no assembly required. Simply plug it in to the outlet. I LOVED that. Within SECONDS, I swear to you, seconds, the expression on my husband's face spoke about the results. He was genuinely surprised about the targeted massage, the depth of the relief this immediately brought him. He was smiling, trying the different features, each time smiling. After a few minutes, maybe 10 or 15, he turned the machine off to feed the dogs and he got up. His expression, again, told me the genuine reaction about the results- his legs and his feet were LOOSE. He couldn't stop smiling, telling me he'd never experienced so much release from the tightness and pressure in his legs and feet. This machine is a miracle for him! He goes back to work tomorrow. That will be the real test, to see how this performs after a day of hard labor. Nonetheless, after watching him try the machine for the first time tonight, I have no doubt this is the answer we've been waiting for!

It was okay, a lot of money, I was sad because after figuring out where I was going to put it, I turned it on and after using it maybe 3 or 4 times, it started to make a popping sound. I didn’t test out the heat function because once it started popping I select return. Luckily we still had the box and everything else because we usually burn all of that after unboxing. I was going to have them just send me a new one but once something isn’t reliable it’s hard for me to trust I’m not going to get another broken one. It’s heavy, the build quality seemed fine until the popping. The speed of the massage was slow and steady which I did like. I’m not sure about how hot it gets, like I said I didn’t try it. Over all functionality was fine, other than the popping.

used for my foot pain., post old bunion surgery it has been a game changer to use this product. it was very painful on the first day of use, on the lowest setting. But I stayed with it i had to wear socks at first and will continue to use socks , after a full cycle the machine turns off, If i want to continue, the controls are easy to change.I did't know how inflammation I had in my feet , hence the pain I felt the first time. now two weeks later with every other daily treatments,I am finally getting results and not waking up at night with foot cramping. I know icing my feet after this would be beneficial as well. i can watch TV to pass the time during treatments.The only drawback, This a heavy machine and I need help to move it

BEST FOOT Massager EVER ! Use almost daily for 30 - 60 minutes. Low noise - great pressure - really makes a difference for foot and calf massage - relieves pain and provides relaxation. I have had mine for close to a year + still works perfectly. TEN STARS!!!!!

Worth every dollar spent on it. Not your average run of the mill foot care massager. I’m not affiliated with Amazon or the Human Touch Company or being paid to write this review. My wife has severe planter fasciitis, she has suffered 24/7, with very little relief from weekly chiropractic footcare & foot acupuncture. She also had orthotics made for her work shoes & runners with no positive effectiveness. The REFLEX SOL FOOT & CALF MASSAGER has given her a new lease on life, pain free. I wouldn’t have believed it without witnessing it for myself. Nothing short of blessing.

Me encantó el masajeado de de piernas y pies. La primera vez que lo usé lo sentí muy fuerte pero a partir de la segunda vez ya lo sentí normal. Me encantó. Me ayudó mucho para relajar mis pies y pantorrillas. O recomiendo ampliamente.
