This soapcutter has changed the look of my soaps. It cuts precisely and is easy to clean.Sadly the company promised me replacement wires and they never came.

Excellent value! I get much cleaner cuts on my soaps than with using a blade. And I didn't have to buy an expensive wire cutter. Not sure how long it will last. There are some replacement wires. But so far so good

Think it was missing a part. Wasnt assembledCouldn't fix it .. cant use it waste of money

Is too small, like a little toy, unhappy about the size, difficult to visit. is the big to cut my soap making,I want to return for my refund.Deceptive Image, not worth money at all.

Ideal product

As soon as I seen it was made in China I knew it was a waste of money. Didn't cut the soap straight, I felt the wire was going to snap and hit me in the eye at any moment. Out of pocket and have to order something fit for purpose. The Chinese are good at stealing your money with rubbish products!

I was hopeful that this would be a good soap cutter but unfortunately, it is not. The measured markings for cutting are useful but the wires are flimsy and cheap, making it unable to consistently cut straight bars - you're better off with a knife. I would advise not wasting your time and money on this product.

The very first time I used this, the wire broke. The ring holding the wire into the metal frame is plastic - it snapped. The wire can't be tightened enough either - I tightened it all the way and it was still too loose. Cheap and nasty, not fit for purpose.
