Every compressor is 100% tested before shipping out, the compressor wheel will not make a noise, the magnet can work normally and the compressor does not leak Replacement steps: Please do the following steps before changing thecompressor: (1)Separate and clean all pipes in the system, pour the cleaning agent into the condenser and evaporator and soak for about 20 minutes. Then use high-pressure nitrogen to flush the cleaning agent and dirt out of the pipes. Do not clean the compressor dry bottle, liquid accumulator and the throttling tube. And ensure that there is no residual cleaning agent in the system. If necessary, run through the pipe with nitrogen desiccant. (2)Clean the surface of the condenser and evaporator and check whether the cooling fan speed is normal. (3)Clean or replace of the expansion valve, pipe filters and drying bottle must bereplaced. (4)Checking and calibrate the oil filling capacity and viscosity before install the compressor. (5)Before installing the compressor, please vacuum and then filling with refrigerant and check the high and low pressure. Generally, the normal pressure is 180-200psi and the low pressure is 30-40psi. If the pressure is abnormal, please diagnose the reason and restore it. Applications: for 2008-2014 Nissan Maxima 3.5L for 2009-2014 Nissan Murano 3.5L for 2013-2015 Nissan Pathfinder 3.5L for 2011-2015 Nissan Quest 3.5L Tips: Because of special structure of heat dissipation net, the aluminum or iron powder or debris generated by drawing cylinder cannot be cleaned thoroughly. So, if the compressor of original vehicle is stuck or drawing cylinder ,you must clean pipeline and replace heat dissipation net. If buyers directly install compressor and cause compressor to be stuck or locked,buyers will be solely responsible for any subsequent consequences that may arise.Hope your kindly understanding.
