Quinoa is lovely, wonderful, new, exotic and gentle, and very nutritious.
Wow, I'm a real fan of brown rice and I never eat white rice. I bodybuilder, practice yoga and long distance bicycle ride so nutrition at my age, 53, it's very, very important. We know quinoa has got brown rice beat on the nutrition scale, (and brown rice is still good for you, of course), but most importantly quinoa is delightful to eat. It has a very gentle nutty, earthy flavor with hints of a rice like flavor as well but unique to quinoa itself, again, a very gentle flavor with a very subtle, zingy aftertaste, (gently astringent). I could easily eat a huge bowl made from 2 cups of dried quinoa at a sitting, it is very pleasing and filling. I put 1.5 cups of water in a small saucepan with a pinch of salt and a level teaspoon of pure, organic coconut oil, bring that to a full rolling boil under high heat, (I cook on a gas stove), add 1/2 cup of quinoa, stir gently for 30 seconds at full heat to get the quinoa hot so I don't lose the boil when I cover the little saucepan. Cover the saucepan with a small plate, (or adequate top), and reduce to low heat. Cook 15 minutes, stir and check to see there is still enough liquid remaining to continue to cook on low heat, recover, cook for an additional 7 - 10 minutes. Serve on scrambled eggs,Super nutritious dish, high protein, great fats combo from the eggs and the quinoa, great carbs, great nutrition for energy and maintaining and building muscle and conditioning. Doesn't blast your insulin levels, gentle, consistent energy, won't give you the drowsies. This cooking method delivers a product that is soft with just a tickle of texture or "fluff" the quinoa is so well regarded for by those in the culinary know. If you're palate interprets the "fluff" of quinoa as gritty, adding the coconut oil DURING cooking makes a huge difference. And yeah, add a little butter afterwards. A little salt, and a little butter goes a long, long, long way with this delicious food. It's my new food toy!

High quality seeds.
This is an amazing product and I received it without any fault in quality.Quinoa, pronounced as 'Keen-wa' is a very healthy food for the vegetarians out there as it contains 9 essential minerals and proteins which is necessary for our body as most vegetarian food do not contain these essential components. Very much recommended for everyone.

Super product
First time I tried Quinoa and it’s very good product and packing are good to store .. the preparation is very important.. I washed it 1/2 cup until water turns glass transparent & soaked Overnight next days for lunch i again washed in hot water and take the pan add two tablespoons of oil let it heat and drain quinoa through out and fry for some time and add 1:2 measurements of water according to you. And cook in first 5 minutes high flame and then low flame and once done keep it aside to cool and then your lunch is ready👍🏼

Stale product
Very bad . It was stale when cooked. It had a strong packet smell although the expiry date was only after 6 months.

Super food
This was suggested by my daughter. I tried it by mixing with rice and found very easy to consume.Its easy to digest and has many beneficial components for our health. Looks like it is helping to control blood glucose levels. Suggest as a useful super food, for those calorie counters.

Protein source.
If you like to try different things (food) you should try it. Texture and cooking wise just like daliya. Flavour is a bit different but overall it's good if you want to try quinoa as protein source.

Rotten and full of bugs
I bought it last month and opened today, it is rotten and full of bugs. knots of grain because of works leftover. I will call the customer care for refund.
