Rather foolishly I bought these on a ‘buyers also bought’ when I bought a fuel filter with an 8mm outlet...foolish because I didn’t consider the thickness of the fuel pipe! So they didn’t fit and it was back to the good old jubilee clips. The moral of the story is, don’t buy the also bought thing without making sure it will fit.I feel a bit mean giving it three stars as it might have been very good if I’d bought the right size but there you are.

I ordered 12mm and got clips that were 13.1mm OD, and 11.5mm ID. I guess that averages at 12mm, more or less. Very firm springs, so you'll need pliers and eye protection.

Used it for screen washer rubber pipe to hard plastic line , which was blowing off. Did the job perfectly - excellent pipe clip, far better than a banjo clip because it exerts a constant distributed pressure round the circumference of the rubber pipe connection.
