Easiest Mac battery replacement.

Unlike newer Macs this is one of the easiest Mac battery replacements. Unclip the cover, pull out the old battery, drop in the new battery and close the cover. Done.

Review after just over 500 days.

Review after just over 500 days of use.The computer shuts down despite 54% of battery left. The warning sign comes up Service Battery. I have done all the recommended calibration and resets options from Apple, but no improvements. After just over a year of use the battery is failing. When I took it out a tiny screw came out and two plastic clips fell off. It's not cheap, and I would have expected better quality for that price. Won't buy it again.

Failed on first use

Fully charged the battery and on first use it failed at about 30% (no power). When connected to charger it is now reporting as faulty by the Macbook. Great customer service from Amazon to process the refund, but poor quality product I'm afraid.
