Reviews have been mixed pro and con, maybe I got a good one? I have many tapes all recorded on an old Nakamichi that keeps going to the shop for more repairs being 30 years old. This Teac W-1200 has a year warranty on parts, 90 days labor, save the box in case. If it blows-up within 2 months I can return for a exchange or refund. Watched a YouTube video of a fellow doing some testing on the published specs and it turned out to be better than factory.
