I was shocked when I received this package because I thought it would be bigger than this, but it’s very very small. But remember good things come in small packages, they say, and in this case they are right! I ordered plastic droppers as well with this so I could use the dropper to drip it on the pH strips. I’m glad I did that. I had some 100% apple juice and I wanted to see how much acid was in it, and so I took my plastic dropper and I dropped a little bit on the strip and the results were 4 pH. I matched the strip to the color on the color chart that came with the strips. I have esophagus ulcers. I can’t have anything lower than 7 pH. so even though my apple juice was 100% juice, it had too much acid in it for me, so I couldn’t use it. I find this extremely helpful with my esophagus ulcers and Gerd. . It keeps me from suffering from eating something I shouldn’t be eating because I didn’t know the acidity in the apple juice and other products I will be using. Therefore, I highly recommend it to everyone. Remember, it’s very tiny, but you don’t need a big long strip in order to make this work, just tear up a little piece of it. Use an eye dropper on it and match it to the pH colors that comes with the strips.

Have not checked it's accuracy but seems works well for my applications.

These ph test strips work great for canning. Only wish the case was made a little different so they dont get caught when closing the container.

I tend to make a lot of small batches of mead. Those who make mead know that PH tends to be something you need to be a little cognizant of. These strips are fast, convenient, and with the east to read chart on the back of the container, makes knowing exactly where your brew stands easy and simple. I've had a few brews stall due to low pH, and these strips have allowed me to bring them back from the brink of throwing them away. If you're brewing and not keeping track of your ph, it's something you should do. Make the investment in your hobby and pick up a pack of these.

I ordered the Kombucha Instant Read Low pH Strips to test the brine I was using in a Canning Recipe. I am using a Home Recipe that needed to verify that the pH is well below 4.6pH to safely Hot Water Can my Home Grown Peppers. I am really happy with the the Kombucha Instant Read Low pH Strips, the test were spot on keeping me safely below the threshold. needless to say, these Low pH test strips area a vital part of our Kitchen Canning Supplies. I gave the Kombucha Instant Read Low pH Strips a Full Five Star Rating Across the Board. They are Accurate, Very Affordable, Easy to Use, and Very Reliable to name a few of them.

I bought these to test the pH of activated EM-1 (microbial soil inoculant). As a check for accuracy I also tested the pH of lemon juice (albeit a little bit old, and not fresh, unfortunately) and of white vinegar, both of which were about what I'd expected. When I tested the EM-1 solution the strips indicated a pH of about 3.7, which is right in the range I needed. My only beef is that, while the hard plastic holder for the pH strips is awesome, the fit between the bottom and the lid is hella snug. As a result, when I finally got the lid off all of the pH strips were launched onto the floor even though I'd expected and tried to prevent it. Fortunately, the floor was dry. Unfortunately, all of the strips were exposed to the humid summer air, so who knows how well they'll keep. Plus, it took forever to get them back into the holder. Like, have you ever tried to fill one of those plastic q-tip travel containers, or maybe one of those round bathroom q-tip holders, with fresh q-tips? It takes forever thanks to the recalcitrant q-tips that want to go in sideways and block the rest. It was like that, only with flimsy strips of plastic that can't just be shoved. Yeah, I should've just put them in a freezer baggie, squeezed out all of the air, and called it a day. ¯⁠\⁠_⁠(⁠ツ⁠)⁠_⁠/⁠¯ Bottom line: I'm happy with these strips. They aren't perfect but their accuracy is close enough for my needs, especially for the price.

Ottimo l’ho provato subito per il Kombucha e la risposta è chiara. Arrivato nei tempi stabiliti ben confezionato. Non do cinque stelle solo perché è privo di istruzioni, anche sé l’impiego è intuitivo

Rec'd order in less than a week. The strip works well. Tested my kombucha and it has a 2.5 reading. Water filter water has a reading of 6. I didn't expect the strip and dispenser to be this small though. Width of strip is about 0.5cm?

Viene en rollo y vas cortando en tiras que necesites. La precisión es de tramos de 0.5 (1 - 6) que en PH es bastante. Me hubiera gustado tener más precisión para estas sustancias ácidas. Lo utilizo para comprobar la lectura correcta de otro equipo. Gracias

Works well. I tested it against things that I knew what their PH should be and the strips seemed accurate. Easy to use.
