Not for me, but terrific product and company!
These are really well made, but they did tug a bit too hard on my forearms. I wanted to try them to increase the weight I could deadlift. I have a smaller frame, so maybe larger forearms wouldn't have this "tugging problem." I'm sure any set of hooks would've ended in the same result. After contacting the company, they were very helpful and prompt in their responses. This is a company worth supporting!

Bought for my son after a hand injury when he was strength building, within a few weeks he built enough strength to put it aside. Went back for his checkup and the doctor did not even sent him to therapy, his strength and mobility was beyond his expectations. He fully uses the hand now.

Easy to use
Does exactly what I need. Easy to use, sturdy and helps with several exercises where my grip gives out before the body part. As provides a level of safety using heavier weights. You don't fell as if you might drop the bar. Glad I bought it. Reasonable price for the quality.

Don't waste your money. Buy versagrips..
The hooks are angled as such that the bar can roll off off the hook and the hook is HUGE and doesn't fit well in the hand. And worst of all they weigh so much that they're awkward to use.

Easy, quick to put on
I bought these to use for crossfit as I have a finger injury (pulley tear) that doesn't allow me to grip a thin bar well without causing further injury. I use these for pull ups and can avoid injured finger completely. Easy, quick to put on, and good wrist support. Highly recommend;)

Hang too low.
I don't know what I was thinking when I bought these. The hooks weight about 1/2 pound each and are huge. Plus they hang way too low beyond the length of your hand. I'm going to stick with regular straps.

Must have
These have changed everything....I have finger that I cannot bend because I dislocated it years ago. These grips have given me the support I need for pull ups and pull down and my back and arms are very thankful.
