Thick - even though these are advertised to have both side for cleaning make up & toner. But even the toner side was too thick and absorbed the liquid too fast, very wasteful.2. Very hard to clean for it's intended purpose. I washes these immediate after use, soaked in detergent for hrs. Washed by hands then by machine, still not clean. I'm guessing it's clean, just stain? but I can't get myself to use it on my face again.3. I understand it's advertised as bamboo cotton, but don't mistake that for being more premium or better/softer/organic fabric created for the intended purposes of the product, it's just regular cheap cotton fabric. So atm it's highly overprice.While I appreciate the initiative of the product, I think the product need some more (like a lot more) development. While I love saving earth, this one item is one I cannot move to use. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Genius *by C***O on November 11, 2018* Love these. I got so tired of using three cotton rounds per day and seeing the trash fill up, plus needing to buy them so often. These are not quite as thorough in picking up makeup, but with some patience and rinsing, they do a great job plus stimulate/exfoliate the skin. I use one at night to remove eye makeup (cetaphil eye makeup remover) with one side, then flip and use micellar water to take off most of my makeup with the other side (Shea naturals coconut oil micellar water.) I rinse the pad out and throw it in the laundry bag, then I wash my face in the shower with cleanser. In the morning I use another pad with toner (rodan and fields brightening) to remove PM products and prepare my face for serum and sunscreen. Once a week I throw the bag with the used (rinsed) pads in the wash. They are not white anymore but they still work fine. They have already paid for themselves. I am buying these for my girlfriends for the holidays.
