Great quality professional scale. Worth the cost, would definitely recommend. Easy to calibrate.

Lack of Response by Mettler Toledo
I have a UV7 spectrophotometer. I need cuvettes, and have filled out the form on three separate occasions. NO RESPONSE. Does anybody work in sales at Mettler Toledo? I regret recommending the UV7 spec.

Run away fast!
totally sucks.....not the scale...it works.....but good luck trying to get service or support for it. Returning my scale because it did not come with the power cord connector or the driver. Wasted days trying to get help or the driver to make it speak to the POS computer. Finally gave up and am fighting to get my money back. My advice......run away while you still can!!!!!!!!!
