I learned about these pads in an online support group for rectal cancer survivors. They are excellent; thick, long, and wide coverage. Would definitely recommend.

Those who need something like this will be thrilled. These are thin pads and very absorbent. I once forgot to remove from my undergarment and it got thrown into the washer. I was amazed at how much water it held. Urine is not my issue. I leak from the other end and usually am unaware of it until the next time I use the facilities. These pads have saved me many times. Before, I would have an accident and I'd have to remove my shoes, pants and undergarments. Then what to do with the soiled panties? I won't go into my story, I'm already being quite open as it is. But having to do that in a public place or at work, it's very inconvenient and time consuming. Now when I have an accident, I just remove the pad, wrap it up and dispose of it and I am set to go. No more disrobing in public or at work!These pads are a necessary item for those of us who have these types of issues. They are long enough for both 'ends' and they are supper absorbent.I can not find anything that comes close to these out there. When they were backed ordered for a couple of months last year (2020/2021) it was miserable. I have now stocked up.

If you need a pad for heavy bladder leaks this is not for you. I have small bladder leaks when I cough or strain and I had colon surgery and now have some leaks in the rear so these catch both leaks at one time and the pads are made so you have a normal pad on one end and a wider pad on the other so you can use the pad in the place with the bigger leak. These are great for me.

The liners need some attention as I see that I am not alone. The liners need additional adhesive.Specially on the wider section and the bottom and upper parts. This causes the ends and edges to fold over

Like these a lot. Covers lots of territory. I wish the glue extended closer to the end. The thin end tends to curl. 5 stars if no curling. I will continue to purchase.

Large side of pad could be a little bigger. Also, adhesive strip could be a little larger.
