Hello. Can you tell me what the actual weight is made from? (i.e. lead-shot, sand, etc.)

Feels like sand. However it is easy to slide 1kg bags out to reduce weight, but I have not been able to slide them back since the filling squeezes up to a size bigger than the pouch
