I've found no way to install the system for the headphones. Everything else is great but this is a huge letdown

Need more control

pros: comfortable, portable, good bass,great packaging, really great ENC best ive ever used on a standalone headsetcons: sound quality (no depth), mic quality (sounds like your talking into a can thats behind you 50feet away), the drivers arent up to date (wont open or crashes its self), websites out of date for support last updated 2014, and the pricethis headset is the most comfortable headset ive used. the head band isnt a click in place its like a spring so it moves freely on the head giving a more natural fit. but because of that if you move your head around with it on you can hear the spring inside releasing its tension making a twang sound. the noise cancellation is the best on a standalone headset ive ever used. i have a very noisy window ac unit in my room that most other headsets pick up and the ENC on this headset cancels it out 100% of the time. its a real shame that the mic on this headset is literally the worst. worse than the boom mics highschools have in computer labs. people on discord had trouble hearing me trough game audio and other people talking over me even when raising my volume to 200% and me raising to 100%. i cant get the drivers to work at all i had trouble finding the drivers on the main website because they dont actually exist there. theres a link in the user guide that leads to a almost blank Chinese website that was updated last in 2014 with the driver download that barely works. and at 200$ just get a razer kraken its cheaper and better. im really dissappointed in this product after seeing so many postive reviews on amazon and youtube maybe i got a dud but ill be getting a refund and looking else where. PS. So after placing this review I’ve realized almost all of the positive reviews are from people that dont know what they are reviewing because some of them think that red stick is a mic when it’s not ( literally just a stick btw ) and they all got the headset for free! This shouldn’t be allowed

Uncomfortable and the app that controls the headphones while on pc is full of viruses. Tried to download and install but windows defender wouldnt even let me start the app. These headphones are the reason my pc now has a sound bar.

I wished I hadn't bought it bad for me

Initially had an issue with setting these up to my liking but it was my ignorance that was the issue; now they're working great. Gaming and listening to music or movie audio is immersing. Activation of the contour associated with the movements of the head is very realistic. How it knows the direction the sound comes from is very good. The adjustable bass control also works effortlessly. Any tone distortion is barely present and the equaliser works very effectively. The programmed profiles are cool and a custom profile can be stored using your own details. They are warm to wear, and sit comfortably and snug on my head. Ambient noise cancellation is well above average; frankly, the best I have. Thanks to the great bass, treble and midtones coupled with the exceptional quality of these well made and designed headphones from 1MORE, I couldn't be happier with them. Great headphones and reasonable price. Recommended.

Gaming en muziek luisteren zijn een lust.Het activeren van de surround gekoppeld aan hoofdbewegingen werkt buitengewoon realistisch. Plaatsing van richting waaruit het geluid komt is heel erg goed. Ook instelbare bass werkt goed de vervorming bij lage tonen is nauwelijks aanwezig en de equalizer werkt zeer nauwkeurig ook de reeds voorgeprogrammerde profielen zijn fraai en een zelf gekozen aangepast profiel is onder eigen naam op te slaan. Draag comfort goed warme oren krijg je niet snel al zou een keuze van meer ademend textiel materiaal nog beter werken tov huidige materiaal. Geluids isolatie is dik in orde zowel naar buiten toe als de noise canceling.Wegens de strakke bass en fraaie mid tones met een prachtig helder hoge tonen beeld is het echt een top keuze ook als je muziek beluisterd.

I have only seen positive reviews for this headset, and as such I was understandably extremely disappointed to find that they are near unbearable to wear for more than 2 hours at the time, and the software seems to constantly glitch by offsetting the center of focus when using headtracking, changing volume randomly between each time you open your computer and randomly omit load static noise to other people you try to communicate with using the mic.
