I purchased a bottle and it was not wrapped in plastic and it didn’t have any foil under the cap. Is that normal?

These bottles always have the top cover surrounded by a plastic seal.

Excellent!

Chef Paul Prudhommes really knows how to do spices. The Blackened Steak Magic is one of my favorites and it is fantastic on steak. Put a little on a baked sweet potato, and you have an excellent dinner! Delicious!

Best spice on the market

My brother, the chef, turned us onto Chef Paul Prudhomme's spices. We use all of them and gave them out as stocking stuffers to our adult children this year.
