My mother requires a level 4 puree diet. Would this blender be suitable for this?

Hi I’ve just looked up what a level 4 purée diet and although I’m not certain I would say that yes this blender would be suitable as the cutting blades are very strong and chop through things easily giving a nice smooth texture

can you take the blades out to clean them ?

Yes you can there is a click lock style device on the bottom of the jug which turns to remove the blades for easy cleaning. Hope this helps
