Amazing book. Use this in combination with Project Management Software and it will help you write any hospital education project. Very logical, incorporates the business reason behind what we are doing. I have read it multiple times and I have encouraged my entire team to adopt this theory into their training development.

Great book full of useful material with real world applications. Any TD professional interested in improving business results more than just delivering training should give this a read.

The chapters are super long but it's pretty insteresting for a text book. The summary check lists are AMAZING. A learning professional should consider purchasing this book.
