I don't think there is anything wrong with this item. The quality is very well made, there is satin around the waistband and it fluffs up good after wearing it. Straight out of the package the tulle is flat of course but it is a very cute skirt!

Q: Do the sparkly tutus shed glitter?

No! Not much glitter on the tutu.
