Fraud. Avoid this brand.
Monos bag is expensive scam. Made in China. Social media and marketed in Canada. I brought the bag and it looked great. Even brought the extended warranty. My first trip with the bag it came back damaged. Tried emailing hello@ monos and was told to file a claim with thr airport. I didn't see the damage until days later. They do not honor their warranty. The email to the CEO Victor Tam bounced. If the company was located in the U.S. it would be a class action lawsuit.
