NOT! plug and play for 2013 GS 350. Will have to make modification to plastic housing to try to make it fit. And car plug wont fit properly to ballast connector. Get one that looks like your OEM if you decide to go aftermarket. That's what I'm going to do to save money. If that don't work I will be going OEM. Other than fitment, everything was great.

These HID ballast modules worked as replacements for my factory xenon headlights and solved the issue I was having with flickering/intermittent lights. The connectors matched up correctly and the headlights powered on normally after installation. For the price, getting a 2-pack is a good value compared to OEM replacements, especially since factory ballast modules can get expensive fast. Once installed, the light output looked stable and consistent. Installation can be a pain depending on the vehicle because access to the ballast area is pretty tight on some Lexus and Toyota models. Also, long-term durability is still something I’ll have to see over time. Overall though, they seem like a solid aftermarket replacement if your factory HID ballast has failed.
