I think it is a little slower than the wall charger that came with my Galaxy S8, while I fancy the size which is compact enough and fits comfortably in a smallish purse. The build quality immediately proved poor, feels very cheap in your hands. I tried it out for a day, since the price was great. Nope, very bad chicago quality and I couldn't make out a single plate. The camera did not respond to the "ON" button. Finally came on after about 10min of trying but it won't stay on. It powers off suddenly and again does not respond to the "ON" button. The camera also seems to not respond to the "OK" button For menu selection.
