Simple home made guide!!!
Use a scrap piece of 22mm wood and make a 100mm hole in it using a hole saw, use some double sided tape or clamps to hold it to the tile....a you have your guide!!! Simple... no more sliding

Did what I needed it to do.
Did what I needed it to do. Was hard to keep central on the tile until it started to cut due to it not having a centre drill bit. Cut a good accurate hole in my tiled plasterboard wall for an extractor fan.

Bought for drilling out holes for 100mm fan in bathroom, Went through ceramic tiles like a knife through butter.

If you need to cut a 100mm hole perfectly in a tile this is what you need, used it twice as I noticed the 1st tile had a chip it in after cutting the hole.Cut perfectly twice, would purchase again

Not bad, its rather good quality to my surprise
Not bad, it's a rather good quality to my surprise. I've used it on a 20mm porcelain patio slab with a slow rpm on my drill and with plenty of water it cut through within 2-3 min and it looks like it can cut at least a few more.
