Installation process was nightmare, have to call more than 10 times to schedule the installation. The installation technician was not aware about the product or its packaging all in all pathetic service from Racold. ### ⭐ Worst product - never buy this *by S***R on Reviewed in India on 14 January 2021* I bought a Racold 15 liter eterno geyser from cloud tail in September 2020 and turned out to be a nightmare as the geyser stopped working after a month and its 3 weeks now after the geyser is not working and the customer support is horrible and they say the spare PCB is not available and i am stuck with this, also heard from my friend that Racold customer support is pathetic and would never suggest buying a Racold water heater, i now use AO Smith and really good ### ⭐⭐⭐ Well, Doing what it meant to be *by S***H on Reviewed in India on 5 August 2019* Only problem is, It wont turn off when not in use. It will give some sort of beep sound.
