Tried to like it.
For starters, the motor is very impractical. It's difficult to grip even with my large strong hands and it tips over easily when setting on counter. Forget holding on to it if hands are wet.The lid is a mess of difficult to clean crevices and the blades send whatever I'm blending/processing up into those crevices. To operate, it requires the two separate pieces (lid and motor) to be placed on pitcher. I guess I was spoiled with my previous food processor that just required the lid to be placed on to engage. I find it a real pain to remove the motor and then the lid every time I need to scrape down the sides or add ingredients. Especially since the motor is so impractical. And then replace the two parts to start again.I hoped I'd get use to these inconveniences with time but after many months of use, I find them more frustrating than ever. Perhaps I would be able to accept this if the blender and processor actually did a good job. I was hoping this would be it's redeeming quality, but no, they are just as frustrating. The blender might be OK for blending ice and some other typical blending jobs, I don't ever blend ice and seldom use a blender though I have used this one many times in an effort to try to do what the processor wouldn't do.I found the food processor to be worthless. I don't know if it's because the base is too small and it has two rows of blades that it doesn't do a good job. It sends the food up the sides of the processor pitcher before it is processed properly. I have to constantly remove the motor, then the lid, then scrape down the sides, push the food back down and try again and invariably it sends the food back up the sides unprocessed. Very poor design. Did I mention besides scraping down the sides, digging the food out of the lid and putting back down into the pitcher? Whoever designed this isn't a cook/chef.After several months use and many different applications I can not recommend this product. The little chopper is OK and I will keep this but will be shopping for another food processor. :(
