Very comfortable and effective for blocking noise. Great for sleeping, especially if you’re a side sleeper. The different tip sizes help get a perfect fit, and they stay in place all night. Reduces snoring and background noise well, though it doesn’t cancel everything completely. Good quality for the price—definitely worth it.

These 45 decibel noise canceling earbuds for sleeping are perfect when they stay in. Luckily for me I'm not using them when I sleep. I have terrible neighbors who enjoy loud music throughout the day. It is the loud bass thumping music. Unfortunately our noise ordinance allows this music until 9:30 at night so the only recourse for me is noise canceling ear plugs. Sometimes I don't want to listen to music or white noise or television So these are actually coming in clutch. I love how well these seal all the noise out or at the very least dampen it. I don't hear the sound as badly when I'm wearing them even if I still feel the vibration. The sound always bothers me more than the vibration anyway. I'm able to read or do needlework or just enjoy peaceful quiet time with these on and ignore my neighbors. But if I happen to fall asleep, I'm going to wake up without one of these because I cannot figure out the secret to getting them to fit perfectly. I think they're great. They work well and they're easy to put in my purse. I can take them with me when I go places and stick them in my ears at a restaurant or any loud busy place. That alone makes them kind of worth the money for me. They remind me of my loops. But if I sleep in them I will lose one. As soon as I figure out how to make that stop happening these will be perfect.

I was disappointed with these earplugs for sleeping. They were much smaller than I expected, and because of that, they didn’t fit comfortably or stay secure while sleeping. As a side sleeper, I found them uncomfortable to wear for long periods, especially overnight. The noise reduction was okay, but the overall comfort just wasn’t there for me. I liked the multiple tip options, but unfortunately, they still didn’t provide the fit and comfort I was hoping for.

When I want to shut out all noise for sleeping, I usually use soft silicone putty earplugs (Mack's or generic brand). These are comfortable and effective for my sleep, and the only drawback is that they can only be reused a few times. That is why I was excited to try these 2BB noise reduction earplugs, which are advertised as 45dB noise reduction. These are slim and simple to use, but I had to get the orientation correct in my ear (I pushed them into my ear canal) to get the highest level of noise reduction. And these were very effective at reducing outside noise, similar to the level achieved with silicone putty earplugs. Once I put them in, they stayed put, and the slim profile didn't bother me when sleeping (I'm usually a side sleeper). The soft silicone eartips conformed well to my ears (Large size), so the other tip sizes won't be needed. The case is small and easily fits in my pocket, and it holds the ear plugs and extra tips very securely. I'm sure I'll get many years of use from these ear plugs. I recommend them.

This set of ear plugs comes with an assortment of ear tips, so you can make them as comfortable as possible for sleeping. I have very small ears, and usually have problems with ear plugs. These don't block all sound, but do a pretty good job of filtering out ambient noise. We live too close to a highway, and emergency vehicles can be very loud at night.
