The first one within 10 minute's of running the truck. So all in all the top of the motor had to be tore down and reassembled 3 times to replace the bad lifters as they went bad at separate times. This has been costly and made the truck unusable during the breakdowns from defective lifters. I’m lucky to have caught it before it had a chance of doing some real damage to the motor.
