I had to grab the 3" ones because the smaller ones were sold out at the time, and I was a little worried that they were going to be too big but I'm actually really excited at the possibilities! They are hard to pop open, but I think that's a good thing - the last thing you want is for one of these to fly open in the middle of a show and to lose your art. I'm digging the idea that they're reusable, I've created a lot of bottle cap pins in the past but they're one-offs, this gives me the ability to create seasonal rotations for my usual stuff as well as create custom buttons for whatever show I'm going to that weekend. The pins are pretty good, I tested them on both denim and canvas so far, no problem. Hopefully these will last me a while and will help avoid adding more plastic trash to the anthropocene. Very nice find.
