I don't quite know how to use it yet but it installs very easily. Considering there were no instructions in the package.

Not recommended for women risers

Wooden risers with a threaded insert don't work well with this. In order to get it tight enough that the rest doesn't move you can actually pull the threaded insert right out of the riser. I just gave up and went back to shooting off the shelf
