**Q: The pillow is hard as a rock. Used it for a month to try to get it worked in but it’s still hard and uncomfortable. Does it ever get softer?**
A: Mine is very firm, but that suits me.
I've had mine since Christmas 2019 and it is just now starting to 'give' a little. I've had others that loose their support after just a few uses so I was pleased that this one has stayed as supportive has. 
I can say that after about 3 months, mine has become more pliable but not to a great degree.

**Q: this pillow has a very bad smell. it’s been 3 days & it still smells. what can be done to fix this smelly pillow?**
A: What I did to help with the smell was to dry it in the dryer with no heat for more than the 5 mins stated (actually about 40 total). Then 24 hours under the ceiling fan. That reduced the smell considerably to the point of useability. I’ve had mine for a few months now and they don’t have a smell anymore.
