So fun and so cute. Love them!!!
So exciting to grow your own plant!! You received two packets with your order. Follow the directions and place them in hot water and leave them for up to 48 hours. I did 38 hours. Some were already starting to sprout. Placed them in a strawberry container so they have like a little greenhouse as they like to be warm. I will transplant them when they’re a bit bigger. They’re so tiny but yet they already react to touch and are growing their second set of leaves . I’d recommend keeping them away from curious kitties as mine knocked my container over. Luckily I was able to save them this time.

Good if you know what you are doing
I read a lot of reviews from people who had these things constantly die on them but I think that comes more from inexperience than actually poor seeds. I have tons of indoor plants and when I saw these decided to give them a shot since I often propagate but never grow from seeds. I put the seeds in water in a south facing window for a couple days and then planted all the seeds that were sprouting, which was nearly all of them. Then I transferred them into a good potting soil and kept them in a south facing window to get plenty of light, made sure they have sufficient water and all but maybe 4 survived. I now have a lot of these plants growing and will have to give them to friends when they are big enough since I just don't have room for them all. They sprouted fast but after they were about an inch or so tall the growth slowed considerably, but they are still growing at a steady rate.

Good quality seeds!
I waited to see how viable the seeds were before I wrote a review in order to give a fair assessment. I found that if you follow the instructions, use the correct soil and take care of them properly, there should be no problem with being successful in growing them. (I am a certified master gardener so I also experimented with them) Around 80 -85% germinated so I would say that is pretty darn good. After around 30 days I transplanted them in a larger planter. They can be used for medicinal purposes as well and are definitely interesting and fun to play with!

Cute Idea, but No Germination Success
*edit: I wanted to return to this review and add a star. Because the seeds did not germinate, the company reached out for a full refund. I really appreciate a company that stands by the satisfaction of their product! Initial review: These seed kits are a really adorable concept and made a fun addition to a gift, especially for kids. The packaging and idea are engaging and definitely appealing. Unfortunately, despite following the instructions and trying twice, we didn’t get any sprouts, which was disappointing.

TickleMe Plant Seeds 2 Pack Mimosa Pudica
These seeds grow into the Mimosa Pudica plants that are sensitive to touch. I followed instructions as written and had seeds sprouting 24-48 hours later. I used coco coir in carton eggs to grow them. 10 days later they started to produce their first set of "true" leaves. And less than 2 weeks after those a second set of "true" leaves. I would be transplanting soon and since I have many, once they grow alot more, I would be gifting it to kids in the family. These pictures are from one packet. I still have yet to open the second packet. Will be saving it for next round.

Plant not as described
I planted this plant seeds on 3/30/26 and plant has not even budded. Now I must say do have a green thumb and planted as directed and plant was supposed to bud in a 4 day span. Now it's 4/16/26 and still no buds.

Neat plant, but it produces thorns, while being advertised towards being purchased for kids.
Very neat plant. I just don't agree with it being labeled a "tickle me plant" to be honest. This plant produces many thorns, and it's advertised for kids to touch it. I firmly believe this company should note this within the listing. I don't think you would want your little kids tickling a rose bush. Very neat plant tho.

BUY IMMEDIATELY
These are amazing! Buy immediately! Give as gifts! I have a black thumb! I have never been able to grow anything! My granddaughter wanted a plant for her room and wanted to start from seeds! I thought this would been a cute idea. We both have so much fun tickling them and watching them close! They come with tons of seeds! Directions were excellent! After two days in water a little white sprout pops through the seed. Then two leaves, then up through the center comes the “fern” type leaves. I can’t remember how long it took for all this to happen but it was quick enough for a hyperactive 8 year old and her grandma! The plant closes every night. We give it about two or three tablespoons of water every two or three days and keep it in a sunny window. I believe it was able a month to a month and 1 1/2 months before it reacted to tickle. WAY WORTH THE WAIT!
