E utilizado cuchillos de marca pero este simplemente para mi es el mejor manejable y la hoja se afila facilmente y rapido es una muy buena inversion ya compre varios ojala y hubiera de 9 pulgadas tambien gracias

As advertised; Came sharp enough to start fileting and I haven't needed to sharpen it yet (3 mo). Very surprising fir an inexpensive knife.It HAS been honed several times
